Theoretical approaches I use
Since I practise integrative therapy, I use different approaches as each client is unique. Therefore, I can customise my methodology to meet individual needs.
My goal is to inspire and empower you. Every step of the way, I will be right there by your side. Our joint objective will be to help you overcome your obstacles, recover from your suffering and advance to the place in your life where you want to be.
